I was just looking at my generate source code today, as I was trying to find some stuff I had added dynamically to the HEAD via addXXXToHead and noticed that the feed output REL links for my internal feeds were all concatenated onto one line.
Because I'm lazy and couldn't be bothered to keep scrolling to check the view source I made a minor modification to the file;
modules/Feeds/linkAlternateFeeds.php/
at around line 53 where the link is built I just added , "\n" before the semi-colon.
