I can't see the acenctuation in this XML PT news after parsed...

It's passing true a phpnuke 7.5 and i installed the nukepie. Google news RSS in PT are correct but this xml doesn't give te acents...
how can i correct it?

I can't give you an example of parsed news in my site because it's an intranet site ... it's blocked to the exterior.
